§ Mr. EdenAll the Allied Governments concerned have expressed their agreement in principle with the intention of His Majesty's Government to set up a United Nations Commission for the investigation of war crimes, and detailed discussions with a view to the establishment of the Commission are still proceeding. In reply to the last part of the Question, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for the Forest of Dean (Mr. Price) on 10th March last.
