I rise to make a personal explanation, In the OFFICIAL REPORT of last Thursday I am reported as having said in a supplementary Question: Does the Minister know that this decision was reached on the advice of the hon. and medical Member for Southampton (Dr. Thomas)? "—[OFFICIAL REPORT, 24th June, 1943; col. 1289, Vol. 390.] Inadvertently, the OFFICIAL REPORT misquoted me there. What I did say was: Does the Minister know whether this decision was reached on the advice of the hon. and medical Member for Southampton (Dr. Thomas)?
