§ Sir A. SinclairA number of steps are being taken, with the help of the War Office. There is no big single measure that can be taken, but in a number of ways we are trying to increase the supply of this recreational literature. The scheme is administered by the War Office. They have been most generous to us and have given us a full share of the available literature.
