asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he is now in a position to make some further statement regarding the numbers of personnel of the three Women's Services who are to be permitted to volunteer for harvesting work this autumn?

Members of all Services, male and female, are being encouraged to volunteer for agricultural work while they are off duty or on leave, and there are no restrictions on the number of men or women who may so volunteer.
