Does this precedent mean that the Government are prepared to give facilities to British political prisoners in this country should they desire to go abroad for the benefit of their health, and if it does not mean that, why has such favoured treatment been given to this foreign Royal quisling?

Might I ask what medical disability the hon. and gallant Member for St. Marylebone (Captain Cunningham-Reid) was suffering from when he left England in the blitz?
