§ The Financial Secretary to the War Office (Mr. Arthur Henderson)I regret that Dr. Worthington will not be able, with the time at his disposal, to extend his inquiry to Ethiopia and East Africa. The Imperial War Graves Commission is, however, taking the necessary steps in regard to the cemeteries in these two areas.
