This Act in its application to Scotland shall have effect subject to the following modifications:—

  1. (a) for references to a judge of the High Court nominated by the Lord Chancellor there shall be substituted references to the Court of Session; and
  2. (b) for references to the Lord Chancellor there shall be substituted references to the Lord President of the Court of Session; and
  3. (c) for the reference to a barrister there shall be substituted a reference to an advocate.—[The Attorney-General.]
