§ The Lord President of the Council (Sir John Anderson)Yes, Sir. It has been decided that officers of the women's Services, like officers of the men's Services, should receive an increase of £10 in the outfit allowance payable on first appointment to a commission, and that the tropical outfit allowance payable on first posting to a tropical station should be increased from £5, as at present, to £10. As in the case of officers of the men's Services, these increases take effect from 1st December last.
