Major Lloyd GeorgeThere was no indication in the White Paper on Coal that there should be equality of representation, as suggested in the second part of my hon. Friend's Question. I am, however, satisfied that the technical knowledge represented on the Regional Coal Boards is sufficient for their purpose. My Regional Controllers, who are in operational control of the industry, have adequate technical advice at their disposal, and the answer to the last part of the Question is in the affirmative.
