§ Sir S. CrippsMr. Marden was not appointed Controller of the factory in question, but was elected by the Board as deputy chairman and managing director. The question of the fees and salaries paid to the directors is one for the company. I understand a reorganisation is proceeding, and no doubt payments will be continued in those cases where there are continuing agreements and where services continue to be rendered.
