Hurst, in which a temporary official has been set to advise on long-term policy of national importance in regard to a matter affecting the interests by which he was formerly employed and from which he has not completely and permanently severed his connections?

Friend will not expect me to deal with particular cases in other departments.
§ 53. Mr. Parkerasked the Minister without Portfolio the number of officials with 36 salaries of £750 a year and upwards employed in his department on post-war problems of reconstruction?
