asked the Secretary of State for Air whether he is satisfied that full use is made of the examination of enemy aircraft forced down in this country; and whether these aircraft are flown either by Royal Air Force or civilian test pilots?

The answer to the first part of the Question is "Yes, Sir." The answer to the second part is that the aircraft are flown as may be necessary both by civilian test pilots and by pilots of the Royal Air Force.
