§ Sir J. GriggRegimental paymasters were authorized on 23rd January to accept the certificate of a State certified midwife for the purpose of a claim to pre-natal allowance, and they have been amending the copies of the application form supplied by them accordingly. New forms should be available in all post offices to-morrow.
