asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he can give any information in connection with the charge made on 26th January against Mrs. A. S. Ascough, Buckingham Road, Brighton, of stealing 80,000 coupons; whether he is aware that Inspector Collyer gave evidence that 11,000 coupons are not accounted for; and how the woman in question obtained these coupons?
