§ Mr. LawI am aware that there has been considerable leakage and that various reports of what the Armistice terms contain have appeared in the Press, but I would advise my hon. Friend not to pay too much attention to them, since they are probably inaccurate. This instrument of the Armistice does not concern His Majesty's Government alone, and we are not able to decide alone whether publication is desirable or not.
