asked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he expects to receive the Report of the Committee which is inquiring into the herring fishing industry; and whether it will be published?

I am afraid that I have nothing to add to the reply I gave to the hon. Member on 19th October.

Will the right hon. Gentleman bear in mind that unless these reports are published they will necessarily be of very little value?
