§ Colonel StanleyMy. Labour Adviser is now on a visit to West Africa, and the important inquiries on which he is there engaged will occupy him fully for some time. It is not contemplated that he will visit East Africa before returning to this country.
§ Colonel StanleyThis is not an inquiry into any specific question. It is part of the normal tours to be carried out.
