§ Mr. EdenI am glad to say that negotiations on this subject have, after a long interruption, been resumed. As regards the second part of the Question, if my hon. and gallant Friend refers to prisoners who have been in captivity for a long time, a suggestion of this kind has been received from the International Red Cross Committee, and is under consideration.
