I beg to move, in page 7, line 8, at the end, to insert: or shall affect any worker in relation to any employment if and so long as a trade board or agricultural wages board or agricultural wages committee or the Road Haulage Central Wages Board has jurisdiction in relation to his remunerataion for that employment. I gave an undertaking on the Committee stage to try to find words to prevent overlapping between the different boards. The words in the Amendment are intended to fulfil that object.

I have risen to thank the Minister for having put this Amendment down. I had a similar Amendment on the Paper for the Committee stage, and I will not now repeat the arguments for it. I am very pleased that he has seen fit to put down an Amendment in similar terms.
