asked the Secretary of State for War whether he has now decided on the subject matter from the Beveridge Report to be included in the Army Bureau of Current Affairs syllabus; and whether he will make a statement thereon?

A pamphlet on this subject is now in an advanced stage of preparation.

Will the right hon. Gentleman show the same speed in this that he did on the question of the writing of articles to newspapers, and when it is completed, will he consider putting a copy in the Library so that Members can see it?

I have already told the House several times that these documents are placed in the Library and have been from the beginning. As regards the first part of the question, there are other things as well that we have to do, one of them being not to take our eyes off the ball.
