§ Mr. AttleeThe Governor of Newfoundland has reported by telegraph that he is forwarding to me a resolution by the Newfoundland Board of Trade, which is the equivalent of a chamber of commerce, petitioning His Majesty the King to appoint a Royal Commission which would advise upon constitutional changes in Newfoundland. I have not yet received the resolution.
