§ In pursuance of Standing Order No. 80 (4), Mr. SPEAKER has nominated Sir Douglas Thomson, Baronet, to serve on the Chairmen's Panel, in the room of Mr. Charles Williams, now Deputy-Chairman of Ways and Means.
