§ The Prime MinisterThe answer to the first part of the Question is that military targets on the mainland of Italy have been attacked 104 times by the Royal Air Force. In addition, there have been a number of naval bombardments;, including that of Genoa on 9th February, 1941, and on the night of 10th–11th February, 1941, as the House will remember, British parachute troops were landed in Southern Italy. The answer to the second part is "No, Sir."
