§ Miss HorsbrughThe circular in question has only recently been sent out but I have no doubt that local authorities will take all possible steps in the matter. With regard to the last part of the Question, my right hon. Friend is advised that although the Scheme referred to has not yet come into full operation, there has been a substantial reduction in the loss of milk through souring during this summer compared with last.
