§ 23. Mr. Beattieasked the President of the Board of Trade whether his attention has been called to a statement made by the chairman of the North Midland Price Regulation Committee regarding the work of price regulation committees throughout the country; and whether this statement represents the view of his Department?
§ Mr. DaltonMy attention has been called to an article which appeared recently in a Sunday newspaper. I greatly appreciate the work that is being done by the North Midland Price Regulation Committee, but all these committees are admirably performing their most useful functions, and it would be invidious for me to single out one more than another for special praise.
