Resolved, That for the purposes of any Act of the present Session making provision, among other things, for enabling rules to be made for the payment of interpreters in courts of justice in Wales, it is expedient to provide for the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of such sums as may be required for the remuneration of such interpreters in accordance with scales prescribed by rules made under the said Act."
