§ Mr. DaltonFor the year October, 1941, to September, 1942,. a maximum premium of 30s. was announced. The total actual premium was only 20s. per cent., collected at the rates of 15s. and 5s. for the two six-monthly periods respectively. For the year October, 1942, to September, 1943, the maximum premium will be 20s., of which 10s. is payable for the first six months. The actual rate for the second six months, which will not exceed 10s. and may be less, will be determined in the light of events.
