§ The President of the Board of Trade (Mr. Dalton)Yes, Sir. Utility pottery is being manufactured under an Order I made on 30th May. At my request manufacturers have undertaken to maintain their normal proportion of trade with wholesalers and to send extra supplies, on direction by my Department, to areas which specially need them, as a result of increased demand due to movements of population, or following air raids.
