§ Sir A. DuncanStores to the estimated value of £300 were lost through pilfering or negligence at the Royal Ordnance factories at Woolwich Arsenal during the three years ended 31st March last. Since that date further deficiences of stores have been revealed, but the precise figure has not yet been ascertained. The matter is being energetically pursued, and a number of prosecutions have already taken place.
