HC Deb 18 November 1942 vol 385 cc326-30
18. Major-General Sir Alfred Knox

asked the Secretary of State for Air whether he will give a list of towns in Germany attacked by the Royal Air Force and the number of times each was visited, with the war factories damaged on each occasion?

Sir A. Sinclair

As for the last part of the Question, the list of factories damaged is rather long for reproduction; and for reasons of security it would not be possible to publish all that is known. Such information as can properly be disclosed is published from time to time, usually in the form of photographs which speak for themselves.
