asked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been called to the case of Roland Parry, of Noopeton Street, Weymouth, a 17-year old Home Guard, apprenticed fitter, who made himself a tommy gun, and was charged at Weymouth on 18th March and fined 10s. for having a firearm without a certificate; and whether he will remit the fine in view of the circumstances?
