§ Mr. SandysThe primary responsibility for tracing missing soldiers, in so far as this work has to be carried out overseas, rests with the local military authorities. Full particulars of our organisation for tracing missing soldiers were given in my reply to a Question on 19 th December last, of which I will send my hon. Friend a copy.
