asked the Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs whether he will give the text of the protest handed to him on 28th January by the High Commissioner for Eire against the landing of American troops in Northern Ireland?

Is the right hon. Gentleman aware that the summary which appeared in the Press seemed to us so extraordinary that we could not believe it was authentic?
