§ Mr. E. BrownI am informed that difficulties are arising in this area owing to the absence of a number of the doctors with the Forces. As regards the two doctors referred to in the last part of the Question, my officers are in communication with the Central Medical War Committee, through whom applications are made to the Service Departments for the release of medical officers where the circumstances justify that course.
