Mr. Liddallasked the Minister of Supply whether he is aware that at a Royal Ordnance factory, the name of which has been communicated to him, instructions have been given that if any members of the staff leave stamped letters at the registry to be posted all such letters are to be opened and read; and whether he will take steps to stop this interference with the personal liberty of the employees?
