§ Mr. H. MorrisonUnder recent instruction, a from is provided for this purpose 1226 to be addressed to the Fire Force Commander, to whom the fireman will have direct access. The number of officers through whose hands the form will pass depends upon the station in which the man is serving, and usually will be one or two.
