§ Mr. Harold MacmillanAdvisers to the Comptroller for Development and Welfare in the West Indies have been appointed to deal with Agricultural, Medical, Educational, Social Service and Economic matters, and the appointment of a Town Planning Adviser is under consideration. No further appointments are contemplated at present, but others will be made should the necessity arise. The answer to the last part of the Question is in the negative.
