§ Mr. H. MorrisonI am glad to say that it has become practicable to re-start evening classes for young prisoners at some prisons, and physical training and other activities in the evenings at other prisons. As my hon. Friend will appreciate, these facilities are necessarily on a more limited scale than before the war, but there is no failure on the part of the prison authorities to recognise the desirability of making such arrangements so far as war conditions permit.
