asked the President of the Board of Trade what steps he is taking to see that men, who are demobilised during the period of hostilities, are not prevented by Government restrictions from re-starting business which they were running in civilian life?

It is not intended that any restrictions for which the Board of Trade are responsible should operate against men demobilised during the period of hostilities.
