§ Mr. H. MorrisonYes, Sir. I have instructed the permit authorities that facilities may be granted to enable students to proceed to this country for training in colleges connected with recognised religious organisations in Northern Ireland, provided that the application is supported by the Principal of the college and an assurance is given that the student is coming to this country for at least one year.
