§ Mr. AttleeAs the House is aware, my right hon. Friend the Minister without Portfolio is in general charge of the study of post-war problems. The relationship between his duties and the duties of my Noble Friend the Minister of Works and Buildings was explained by me in answer to a Question on 20th February last, a copy of which I am sending to my hon. Friend. Further information as to the arrangements which have been made for dealing with post-war planning were given to the House in a statement made by the Government on 17th July of last year. If and when any alteration is made in these arrangements, the House will, of course, be informed.
§ Mr. EdwardsIs the Minister aware that the Ministers concerned are still very uncertain about their duties and powers?
§ Mr. ManderWill the Minister without Portfolio take an early opportunity, as he indicated, of explaining to the House what he is doing?
