HC Deb 10 February 1942 vol 377 c1391
46. Mr. Alfred Edwards

asked the Prime Minister whether he has made arrangements for an interchange of production experts between this country and the United States of America in order to avail ourselves of the expert knowledge of the United States mass-production methods?

The Prime Minister

A number of British production experts have been for some time in the United States of America considering jointly with the Americans the methods of war production. The hon. Member's suggestion for utilising the experience of American production is being still further examined and this experience should be very helpful.
