I should, however, point out in both trades piece work predominates and minimum rates for piece work have also been fixed.
§ Mr. ManderWill my right hon. Friend consider the advisability of adopting a minimum rate and making it the national statutory minimum for the whole country below which it would be illegal for any person to be employed?
