§ Mr. A. HendersonI regret that the information is not available and could only be obtained by examining the records of all the captains and lieutenants in the Army. Officers who have completed an aggregate of three years' service in the paid rank of captain or higher are eligible to receive the new rate of 17s. 6d. a day.
