Commander Bowerasked the Minister of Supply whether he is aware that customers' names and requirements and sources of supply, obtained on Form CTM/I, under pledge of secrecy, from merchant converters in the cotton industry have been used by the Ministry to eliminate the merchants in dealing with customers; and whether he will take steps to stop this abuse of confidence?
