asked the Minister of Pensions whether he has now arrived at a decision in regard to the consideration of the admission of claims based on prospective dependency under the Personal Injuries (Civilian) Scheme?

I am not yet able to make an announcement regarding the admission of claims to pension of the type mentioned by the hon. Member.

When will my right hon. Friend be in a position to make a reply?
