§ Colonel LlewellinNo, Sir. I have seen the reply and have read the claim put forward by Mr. Vallance. What Mr. Vallance is suggesting is not a new thing; I have seen it in operation, and I am afraid that Mr. Vallance does not add anything to what we already know.
