§ Mr. DaltonNo such condition as that referred to in the first part of the Question has been imposed by the Board of Trade under any concentration scheme. Normally, the goods produced by the nucleus firm on behalf of the closed firm are sold under the latter's trade mark, but whether this is so or not is left to private agreement between the parties to the concentration arrangement.
