§ Captain WaterhouseThe Essendon Committee has not yet made its report, but substantial progress has been made. Although the full extent to which redundant premises will be usable for war purposes cannot yet be determined, the Regional Controller of Factory and Storage Premises, in close consultation with the Committee, has already authorised the taking over of 26 works mainly for storage purposes.
