MorrisonThe establishment of a number of unestablished sales representatives has been deferred owing to a redundancy on the grace of sales representative, which results from the suspension of active canvassing for the telephone service. It is true that use is being made of their services—generally speaking on duties other than those normally proper to their grade—but I regret that the redundancy within their normal sphere is an insuperable bar to their establishment.
